![]() My brain pretty much thought this would be a life or death situation (spoiler alert: it wasn’t! It was totally fine). Here’s how it went:I went in for a pre-op consult a week before surgery with Jacqui, who was kind and reassuring, and answered every single anxiety-brain question I had and was totally non-judgmental. Real talk, I was still deeply anxious about it! Like, panic attack when I thought about it anxious. Every single staff person has been incredibly pleasant and helpful in every single interaction I’ve had there. So I booked my procedure with Travis, who was so nice when I told him how anxious I was about it. The staff and experience for routine work had been so great, so I felt comfortable going for the surgery there. I visited a few more times over the next year for routine cleanings (Karen is AWESOME!) to build confidence in and a relationship with the clinic. Tobler earned my trust from the first appointment - just a general cleaning - because he took my anxiety and past negative dental experiences seriously. They took GREAT care of me - my teeth and my anxiety.Dr. I had been to several dentists until I landed on Dr. I had been avoiding it for at least 5 years. Tobler & the wonderful team at Ballard Dental Arts.I had a LOT of anxiety about getting my wisdom teeth out. I recently had my wisdom teeth removed by Dr. ![]()
